Catching the cocoon is difficult!

That’s more or less TRUE!

It depends on the harness model, the morphology, the luck… but it doesn’t matter, you can fly without having your legs in the Speedbag!

On most recent models, the cocoon is loose enough to be caught easily. It’s played to within 5 cm… If the foot plate is too high on take-off, it’s very difficult to catch it.

Right foot or left foot first?
Depending on how the 2 sides of the Speedbag are crossed, it is easier to catch the tray with the right foot or with the left!

CAUTION

It happens that the feet plate is turned over when you start to take off.
It is then impossible to put on the cocoon without using your hands! And it can take time!

Check the feet plate before you take off!

In case of difficulty (if the feet plate is not turned over!),

Just take the 2 controls in one hand and help each other to catch the foot tray.Cela nécessite juste quelques secondes !
